Broadway reaches Level 6!

We are pleased to share the latest update from site on the construction of your apartment at Broadway on the Bay.

The concrete pour for Level 6 is now complete! The next steps include constructing the walls on Level 6, followed by preparations for Level 7, which is scheduled to be poured in the coming week.

Inside the building, significant progress is also being made:
Ground Floor and Level 1: Preparations for painting are underway.
Level 2: Internal wall framing is complete, along with the initial plumbing and electrical work. Wall linings are now being installed.
Level 3: Temporary structural props have been removed, and framing has commenced, along with the installation of essential services.
