Final touches are now being applied to the Level 1 communal areas and internal finishes from the ground floor up to Level 6 are well underway and nearing completion. Externally, the building is taking shape with balustrades, façade screens, cladding, and balconies now installed. This progress has allowed for the gradual removal of the crane and scaffolding. Commissioning of the internal lifts has also commenced.

In the coming weeks, the striking building façade will become fully visible as the remaining scaffolding and hoist are dismantled.
